About the role:
We are looking to hire an ambitious and motivated client facing Account Manager who has experience with e-commerce service providers/agencies and can assist us with managing relationships with our clients.
Being very well organized and communicating well is a must. You'll be working with a high performing and supportive team to assist with your onboarding as well as ongoing support.
Your role will mostly consist of calls with our high-level clients at various stages of delivering our reports. For example kick off calls and conclusion calls. You’re main responsibility will be acting as the bridge for communication with our clients and our team.
Besides already mentioned tasks, you would also have the opportunity to to work on improving performance, analyzing and improving organizational processes while ensuring everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
We are looking for the right person to build a long-term relationship with, someone who has experience selling agency services. Who is proactive, positive, friendly and has a professional attitude toward clients at all times.
This is a hourly rate Remote position with flexible working hours, and with the opportunity to turn into a part or full-time role.
We are looking for someone in the US as most of our team and clients are there.
